kings Majesty and Scarlet Oak

Kings Majesty finished a creditable 2nd at Wetherby today, the pace was too slow for him and William did not get it quite right and thought he should really have won, had a few traffic problems and did not see the last flight very well, this horse needs a fast run race and we will enter him at Cheltenham on the 15th, he probably will take a lot of beating on the sharper tracks where the pace is strong and has a very bright future. Very few shares left!
Scarlet Oak ran poorly at GL, she did not like the kick back and made a noise, will give her a couple of weeks fit her with a tongue tie and crossed nose band with a view to Lingfield, this run was out of character!

Kings Majesty ambles to victory!

Well Kings Majesty turned the race into a procession, never off the bit, hands and heels only, what can we say!
Obviously we had been looking for another race for him prior to this run as we anticipated this happening and there is only 1 race we can enter, there is for a week or so an acute shortage of 2ml novice and handicap races, this is not an unusual occurrence as the race planners never get it right!

Scarlet Oak Joins Brick Farm Racing!

Yes another new horse, i was really impressed with her win at Nottingham in July on softish ground (which she has not had since). She finished a close 6th today at Windsor in a hot fast race on ground she clearly did not relish! She looks a small neat filly, genuine, and i am sure she will win for us this year adding to her three wins she has had already, perhaps Southwell could suit!

kings Majesty strolls to victory

Having his first run for Brick Farm Racing Kings Majesty won comfortably at Plumpton today, our second winner in a week!
Santera was travelling just as well as Kings Majesty jumped her hurdle, landed ok and then put her near fore in a hole up to her knee and went down badly with another horse hitting her, she did not fall! Byron thinks he had the measure of Kings Majesty at the time, well whatever lets hope some of you backed him!

Highland Homestead at Home at Great Leighs

Highland Homestead ran a cracking race under a penalty to win his race tonight at Great Leighs, Racing Post comments were. "The penalised HIGHLAND HOMESTEAD took time to get going, but being held up over the longer trip evidently suited and he eventually reeled in the runner-up at the business end. This was his first outing for new connections and it rates a career-best effort, so he is clearly now very much at the top of his game." A nice price as well 13/2.
